A cashier at Guernsey Farms Dairy must exemplify qualities such as; good personal hygiene, excellent communication skills, teamwork, an upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, efficiency and accuracy. A cashier must have good organizational skills, stand on their feet for at least eight hour shift (with breaks according to Michigan State Law), can read and speak English proficiently and possess good communication skills.

Dishwasher
A dishwasher at Guernsey Farms Dairy must exemplify qualities such as; good personal hygiene, basic communication skills, teamwork, an upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, efficiency and accuracy. A dishwasher must be able to lift bins of dishes, and stand on their feet for at least an eight hour shift (with breaks according to Michigan State Law).

Stocker
Stockers at Guernsey Farms Dairy must exemplify qualities such as; good personal hygiene, good organizational skills, teamwork, an upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, efficiency and accuracy. A stocker must be able to lift 20 - 60 pounds, tolerate temperature changes from -20 degrees to room temperature and stand on their feet for at least an eight hour shift (with breaks according to Michigan State Law).

Line Cook
A line cook at Guernsey Farms Dairy will exemplify qualities such as; good personal hygiene, teamwork, positive attitude, punctuality, efficiency and accuracy. A line cook must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand on their feet for at least an eight hour shift (with breaks according to Michigan State Law), can read and speak English proficiently and possess good communication skills.

Fountain
A fountain person at Guernsey Farms Dairy must exemplify qualities such as; good personal hygiene, excellent communication skills, teamwork, an upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, efficiency and accuracy. A fountain person must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on their feet for at least an eight hour shift (with breaks according to Michigan State Law), can read and speak English proficiently and possess good communication skills

Host/Hostess
At Guernsey Farms Dairy must exemplify qualities such as; good personal hygiene, excellent communication skills, teamwork, an upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, efficiency and accuracy. A host/hostess must have good organizational skills, stand on their feet for at least an eight hour shift (with breaks according to Michigan State Law), can read and speak English proficiently.

Server
As a server at Guernsey Farms Dairy you must exemplify qualities such as; good personal hygiene, excellent communication skills, teamwork, an upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, efficiency and accuracy. A sever must be able to lift food trays, stand on their feet for at least an eight hour shift (with breaks according to Michigan State Law), can read and speak English proficiently and possess good communication skills.

Busser
A busser at Guernsey Farms dairy must exemplify qualities such as; good personal hygiene, excellent communication skills, teamwork, an upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, efficiency and accuracy. A busser must be able to lift heavy trays of food, stand on their feet for at least an eight hour shift (with breaks according to Michigan State Law). And possess good communication skills.

Ice Cream Server
An ice cream server at Guernsey Farms dairy must exemplify qualities such as; good personal hygiene, excellent communication skills, teamwork, an upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, efficiency and accuracy. An ice cream server must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand on their feet for at least an eight hour shift (with breaks according to Michigan State Law), can read and speak English proficiently and possess good communication skills.
