to our Dairy Plant where we process our products. Guernsey Farms
Dairy is a 15,000 sq ft, full-grade A dairy plant facility. Each
month we produce 1.5 million pounds of milk (that's 174,000 gallons).

1.
Truck and Holding Tank - Tankers bring milk to
the plant and it's transferred to holding tanks.

2.
Separator - The milk is pumped in from the holding
tank to the separator which spins the milk and separates
the skim and cream.

3.
High Temperature Short Time- 1300 gallons of
milk are homogenized and pasturized each hour.
|
4.
Gable Top Carton Filler - The cartons are filled
and sealed.
|
5.
Plastic Jug Filler - Jugs are labeled, filled
and conveyed to milk coolers.
|
6.
Milk Coolers -The 174,000 gallons made each month
are conveyed to coolers, crated and then delivered.

7.
Our milk truck fleet - Milk orders are taken,
loaded on the truck sent on its way to you.
