Cream, milk, sugar and our special chocolate formula
are mixed together in an old fashion kettle. The kettle
churns and cooks the fudge for hours until it reaches
the perfect, creamy and delicious consistency. We
then fill the 18 oz jars and six pound containers
and they are ready for our customers to purchase.
At
the age of 80, Grandpa created the recipe and started
the process of making our hot fudge, butterscotch
and chocolae syrup. The butterscotch and chocolate
syrup are available only in 6 pound containers.
